A Restauranteur's Paradise offers the following Returns Policy: We will return any defective merchandise or product mistakes with no charge of shipping to you. Before signing for an order from UPS or freight line, please inspect all packages for any damage (it will become customer's responsibility if not notated on bill of lading or if item is accepted damaged).

Ground shipping is standard, however expedited shipping can be made avaiable.
